Flood and Fire Restoration Hannants Cleaning Ltd are available 24-7 to restore businesses or residential premises to their pre-loss state. We understand the seriousness of fire, flood or sewage damage losses and the devastating effect they can cause by disrupting your business or home with the unexpected trading downtime and living arrangements. As a business owner your main priority is a return to trading as soon as possible and as a residential customer the need for a speedy return to normal living conditions is paramount. With this in mind, our fully trained Fire and Flood Tecnicians use the latest cleaning and restoration techniques and where possible, renovation and not replacement is the main focus to speed this process. It is essential to act quickly in these situations to prevent secondary damage and potentially dangerous mould growth occuring.
Structural Drying Our IICRC fully trained operatives use the latest drying tecniques to decrease the drying time of water damaged properties. Where possible we always try to localise the drying area to save unecessary time and power wastage and to cause as minimum disruption possible to occupied premises. Detailed moisture readings and results are taken frequently during the drying process with sophisticated monitoring equipment . This equipment and expertise can also be used to determine the cause of leaks or unexplained water damage. Below is an example of a recent structural drying task where only the top half of the two brick walls were affected (fig.1) Rather than drying the whole room with regular refrigerant dehumidifiers, our specialist team installed a "tenting" system and used a dessicant dehumidifier ( fig. 2) to flood the tent with superdry air and very low vapour pressure speeding up the drying process and only drying the affected areas.
