Builders Cleans
Builders cleans are one of the areas we specialise in. This includes daily site cleaning to specialist high level cleaning, general builders cleans and final sparkle cleans. We can also offer advice on best practice and procedures with regards to cleaning all manner of surfaces, flooring, windows and facias using tried and tested methods and cleaning materials from our retail division, Ivybank Hygiene. We aim to make the stressful time nearing the handover date as smooth as possible for the project manager. This is achieved by recognising the importance of working alongside other contractors at the final hour.
Our team will be on site until completion and will have a presence, if required, during the snagging and handover phase. All of our building cleaning operatives have CSCS qualifications and a vast wealth of experience on various projects such as schools, pubs, shops and restaurants; to large specialist projects such as Castle Mall - Norwich, Centerparcs at Elveden and Wembley Stadium, London.

We have been accredited with National Britannia SafeContractor since 2004. We have an in-house Health and Safety Co-Coordinator and a professional Team of Operatives, Supervisors and Managers all with a vital knowledge of cleaning within the Building/Construction Industry.
Having worked for and currently working with building contractors such as Bluestone, Amec (now merged as Morgan Ashurst), Multiplex, Ardmore, Bovis, Clegg Construction, Carters, Simpsons and Maclaughlin and Harvey we feel we have gained a real insight into the requirements of Builders Cleans.
